Accommodating Students

You may have students in your courses that require special accommodations during exams.

Learning Suite allows instructors to see which of their students have a University Accessibility Center (UAC) letter on file with BYU. Click here for instructions on how to see this information in Learning Suite. For Canvas users, contact the OIT Help Desk at 801-422-4000.

When creating an assignment or exam in Learning Suite, you can adjust due date for assignments and the exam availability or time limits for individual students based on need by using the Exceptions tab. Click here for instructions on making exam exceptions (there is also an exceptions tab for assignments, just follow the same procedure. More information will be available soon).
